

INTERNAL TRAINING WORKSHOPS
Semester A 2021
The purpose of this project is to help new members in Marketing Department to develop basic skills to do every part in a small marketing project from A to Z.
As the leader and the manager of the project, I planned the series to have 4 workshops. Each workshops will have 2 parts: Knowledge and Exercise. This format will help members be able to practice the skills and apply them to future projects. Our team then need to prepare the timeline, content, place and guest speakers for the workshops.

Workshop 01
General Planning
In the first workshop, members were assigned a brief for the club recruitment project. The planning workshop will develop their mindset to think when planning and develop strategies for a campaign.
Workshop 02
Content Creation
From the plan developed in previous workshops, members will develop a content for the posts in 2nd Workshop. The workshop teach them about the content framework and how to write a Facebook post for the club.


Workshop 03
Develop Concept and Visual Creation
We invited an alumni RMIT student to teach members brainstorm and develop concept of a campaign's visual.
The workshop also teach them how to research for visual inspirations to apply in their visuals.
Workshop 04
Evaluation
In the final day, members will present their work to the guest for the guest to judge and give them feedback. Finally, the workshop show them how to evaluate the success of the campaign.
