Project Scope
Since 10-04-2020, there is a quarantine policy from Vietnam government for 2 weeks.
This projects aims to analyze Sales Performance of vending machines across Ho Chi Minh City, and answering 3 questions:
1. Sales Performance of Vending Machines in May, after quarantine.
2. What are the key drivers of the performance?
3. Recommendations for improvements in next steps

Raw Data + Data Dictionary
After receiving data and in the process cleaning and doing ETL (extract, transform and load) data into Power BI , I created a Data Dictionary file to keep track all the variables in this dataset and define their format and data type.

These are key challenges occured during the process of doing ETL data into Power BI:
- Variables are not collectively named and not in the same format. Inconsistent use of Languages (Vietnamese & English).
- Inconsistent data formatting.
- Variable Warehouse Parent and RefWarehouse ID is missing some value due to not being collected.
Logic Tree
After understanding the data, I created this Logic Tree to perform analysis. (X) are the variables which are not available yet, while (I) are variables that can be calculated from available fields.

Define Primary Keys and Foreign Keys in the tables to develop Data Model, also hide unnecessary fields for visualizations.
